wrinkled up time.

my mom is going to be 41 on monday.
the other day, we were laying in her bed, just talking about things, and i noticed all the wrinkles she has around her eyes.
i love them because they are in the most perfect places. the places that tell she spends more time laughing not anything.
but at the same time, they scare me. i spent the few years before i became an adult wanting to hurry up and get older, just to be able to get out of her house.
i failed to notice that as i get older, so does she.
she's really an amazing woman.
i hope that when i turn 41, i have wrinkles in all the same places.
